Quantum is seeking experienced Rail Track Protection Officers and QR Recipients to join our Quantum Safety Safeworking Team for upcoming works across the Sunshine Coast region. These are critical rail safety roles supporting both third‑party contractors and Queensland Rail on a variety of local and regional projects.

You will play a key part in delivering safe worksite management, coordinating rail operations, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance – Implement and enforce rail safety procedures to protect workers, contractors, equipment, and the public

• Worksite Management – Oversee worksite protection, ensuring activities meet rail safety rules and standards

• Risk Assessment & Hazard Mitigation

• Clear Communication across all project stakeholders

• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of protection & Network Communication.

• Client Engagement – Support high-quality service delivery and help maintain/expand our customer base

• Compliance Monitoring – Ensure adherence to QR, state, and federal requirements
