An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and reliable Despatch Hand to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Despatch Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate despatch, receipting, delivery and pickup of stock to support our customers across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Accurately process despatch and receipting activities, maintaining clear records and paperwork.

· Load, unload, label and handle products safely to prevent damage and ensure on-time delivery.

· Operate forklifts and equipment safely, ensuring all personnel are licensed and procedures are followed.

· Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules, communicate with carriers and customers, and manage driver paperwork.

· Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to ensure goods are available, resolving issues promptly.

· Promote a zero-injury safety culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

YOUR SKILLS

· Experience in a manufacturing environment

· Forklift License

· Strong computer skills including knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
