The Role:

This fantastic opportunity now exists for a dynamic, hardworking individual who would like to join our team as a Brokerage House Clerk in Botany.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and processing shipments held by Australian Customs and Quarantine

• Prioritizing and preparing daily work for the Brokerage team

• Ensuring systems are updated with accurate information

• Liaising with Operations and Customer Service teams

• Liaising with customers on open enquiries

• Providing accurate and timely information to Government Agency’s

EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral

• Computer Literate – proficient in MS Office

• Attended, Attending or willing to attend the Customs Brokers Diploma

• Understanding of EDI Cargo wise and Expedient software (preferred)
