The Role

We are seeking to expand Response Solutions team by 2 full-time Dispatch Coordinator positions available in our Head Office in Parramatta. With the opportunity to work across 12-hour shifts from 6:00am-6:00pm.

This role will see you supporting our clients by ensuring customers service requirements are met to our high standards. This role requires someone adept at multi-tasking and has good attention to detail.

The Tasks

• Receive and process security guard bookings

• ASAP bookings

• Multi-site bookings

• Short to medium term bookings

• Dispatch security guards as per booking requirements

• Working with our provider partners nationally

• Managing SXP and customer specific Safety inductions

• Managing start and finish times of the security guards

• Monitoring the welfare of security officers

• Providing support to security officers in real time during security related incidents

• Ensuring time sheet accuracy

• Collaborating with SXP teams to deliver a positive customer experience

The Successful Candidate

• Available to work 12-hour shifts

• Available to work rotating roster

• Capable of working weekends or public holidays when required

• Ability to type and talk at a consistent pace

• Willing to obtain 1 E security licence
