A bit about the role...
This is an exciting opportunity to join Daily Blooms Customer Experience and Dispatch team on a casual basis.
You will be dedicated to delivering delight to every customer, every time.

The Role includes…

• Processing daily orders in a time sensitive environment.

• Liaising with driver’s and setting their daily routes.

• Optimising driver routes and delivery options to suit the days varying workloads.

• Delivering delight to customers via phone calls, live chat, emails and social media channels, handled through Gorgias.

• Liaising with our interstate warehouses to ensure seamless operations across the board.

• Working in the dispatch team wrapping and packing customer orders throughout the day.
  

A bit about you...
You have experience with Shopify and Gorgias.
You are available for 2 shifts across weekends with the possibility of weekday shifts as well.

You have the flexibility to increase your hours around peak times. Eg. Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Easter & Christmas.

You are able to build strong relationships with staff, drivers and customers.
You are confident making decisions under pressure.
You really, really, really love exceeding customer expectations.
You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and are happy to assist with other parts of the business as required.
