About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence on urban train services and train stations across the Perth train network. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspect passenger tickets and issue infringements in accordance with policies and training
- Perform static and patrol duties across the Perth metropolitan area train network
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist public with general queries i.e. providing directions
- Resolve conflicts and disputes where required
- Perform incident reports where required
Candidates will be required to commit to and successfully complete one week of paid training with our client before proceeding to ongoing employment. Training will be run on the following dates 4/05 to the 8/05
Skills and experience
- Valid Security license, First Aid certificate and Certificate II in Security Operations
- Customer service experience with a high standard of presentation and grooming
- High standard of presentation and grooming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid WA driver's license
