We are seeking a Customer Service Officer/Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. Casual may be considered.

Our Milton Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, along with ongoing coaching and development.

About The Role:

• Full-time - Monday to Friday

• Assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments

• Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight

• Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle

• Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues

• Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre

Essential Criteria

• A valid and current driver’s license

• Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area

• Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• Strong selling and conversion skills

• A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organising

• Physical fitness - some heavy lifting will be required at times

• Positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach

• A success and results driven attitude

• Reliable and able to work without supervision
