We are a growing security installation business based in Wetherill Park Sydney, specialising in security systems for residential and commercial clients. With a small, skilled team of technicians, we pride ourselves on reliable service, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler / Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our installation team (3 technicians). This role is central to keeping our jobs running smoothly, customers informed, and our team productive.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily jobs for 3 field technicians
Communicate with customers to confirm bookings and provide updates
Prepare and send quotes/estimates for installation and service work
Respond to service enquiries via phone and email
Prioritise urgent jobs and manage schedule changes
Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
Maintain accurate job records and customer details
Assist with general admin as required
Provide accounting support and instructions to our accounting officers
About You
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication (phone and email)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination (preferred)
Experience in trades, security, or field services (highly regarded)
Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and basic admin systems
Problem-solver with a customer-first attitude
Experience with 'Tradify' or other scheduling platforms and 'Quickbooks' will be an advantage.
