Lime is a micromobility provider of Lime-E electric bicycles. Lime aims to revolutionise mobility in cities by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

We are looking for Foot Patrollers to help keep our fleet organised and accessible in high foot traffic areas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, walking throughout the day, and taking pride in maintaining the appearance and usability of our e-bikes for the community.

Please note that this role is fully in-field, working outdoors in all weather conditions (unless unsafe) in the Lower North Shore / Northern Beaches area.

Role: Foot Patroller

Start date: April 2026

Hours: 40 hours across 7 days (5 days × 8 hour shifts)

Location: Lower North Shore / Northern Beaches

Shifts:

Morning shifts 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Afternoon shifts: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Base Pay rate: $32.31 p/h + super

What you’ll do:

- Patrol high foot traffic areas to ensure Lime e-bikes are parked neatly and safely in designated parking bays.

- Use the Lime App to identify and unlock e-bikes that are not compliant and relocate them to correct parking areas.

- Monitor and maintain the presentation of the fleet, helping to keep public spaces tidy and accessible.

- Work independently but stay connected with the operations team via the Lime App and messaging tools.

- Report damaged or non-functioning bikes for retrieval and repair.

- Work outdoors in all weather conditions while ensuring safety standards are maintained.

About you:

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Valid Australian Drivers Licence preferred but not essential

- Physically fit and comfortable with long periods of walking and some light lifting (up to 30kg)

- Confident using smartphones and app-based workflows (iOS experience preferred)

- Good communicator with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions

- Reliable, proactive, and happy to work independently as well as part of a team

- Located in the Lower North Shore / Northern Beaches, or willing to travel to Manly from the city (map attached below)
