Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable Warehouse Pick Packer to join our team in Smithfield.

About the Role

This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and loading steel pipe & chainwire fencing roll orders for dispatch. You will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are prepared on time, accurately, and damage-free.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, good teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately using pick slips and delivery documentation

• Prepare pallets, bundles and loose items for dispatch

• Assist with loading company and contractor trucks safely and efficiently

• Ensure orders are labelled correctly and staged ready for collection

• Unload deliveries and store stock in correct warehouse locations

• Restock pick areas and maintain organised warehouse layout

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all WHS procedures

• Maintain clean and safe pick zones, aisles and dispatch areas

• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily dispatch targets

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow pick slips and delivery dockets

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Good communication and time management skills

• Forklift Licence (LF) required

• Experience with fencing, building or construction materials advantageous

• Understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices
