Greenridge Connect is looking for a flexible part-time team member to support our Production Managers in the daily operation of our communications and mail house.
Who is Greenridge Connect?
The Greenridge Group is a family-owned business offering print, mail and warehousing services from one location. Greenridge Connect is the mail house division of the Greenridge Group. We specialise in bulk mailing services.. that means packaging and distributing everything from magazines and hand-packed parcels through to bank statements and daily letters.
About the Role
This is a part-time role of approximately 20–25 hours per week across five days, based at our office in Freighter Avenue, Wilsonton. We offer flexibility with working hours - whether you prefer an early start and early finish or school-friendly hours. Occasionally you’ll be offered additional hours, such as when other team members are away, or there is an urgent job to complete.
It’s important to note that some aspects of this role are repetitive in nature. Some days will follow a very similar routine, while others will bring more variety depending on workload and client requirements. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and can stay focused throughout the day.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Mail sorting, collection, packing and distribution
Operating mail processing equipment safely and efficiently
Monitoring and reporting issues with mail sorting equipment or processes
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily processing targets
Maintaining the general tidiness of the mailroom
General office administration and other ad hoc duties
Following company policies and workplace health and safety procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Good physical fitness, as the role involves being on your feet and occasional lifting of boxes.
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliability and flexibility
Basic computer skills
The ability to pass a police check and drug & alcohol testing
A current open driver licence
