Tasks & responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads.

• Planning your route with multi-drop experience preferred.

• Provide the highest level of customer service and communication.

• Coordinate the flow of timely information to and from our customers.

• Answer customer calls, service queries, provide updates and ETAs.

• Preparation of delivery paperwork

• Managing drivers and loaders for both shift

Qualifications & experience

• Experience within glass process industry is not essential but preferred.

• Building Glass experience will be highly regarded Available 5 days (Monday – Friday)

• Be reliable, punctual, committed and be able to work autonomously

• Able to the take instructions and follow procedures.

• "Do it once do it right!" attitude & willingness to learn.

• Committed to a Safety First and Zero Harm culture

• Must have non-restricted work rights in Australia

• Have a current VIC driver licence and own transport desirable
