Proguard Screens is a well-established manufacturer of premium flyscreens and security screen products. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability and providing outstanding service to our customers.

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Officer to become an important part of our production team. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring materials are available for production, maintaining accurate stock levels and managing the flow of goods into and out of the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supplying production lines with materials and components.

  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

  • Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.

  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely.

  • Maintaining an organised warehouse and storage areas.

  • Performing regular stock counts and assisting with inventory accuracy.

  • Completing occasional local deliveries using the company vehicle.

  • Supporting production as required to ensure customer orders are completed on time.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise work.

  • Committed to maintaining a safe workplace.

  • Willing to learn and continuously improve.

Preferred Experience

While not essential, experience in the following would be highly regarded:

  • Warehouse or logistics experience.

  • Manufacturing or production environment.

  • Inventory or stock control.

  • Forklift Licence (LF).

  • Current Australian Driver Licence.

  • Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
