Mandoe Media is a world-leading Digital Signage & In-Store Marketing company, backed by significant investment funding and experiencing strong growth across Australia and internationally.

We’re building a high-performing sales team and are looking for driven Business Development Managers who enjoy hunting for new business and closing deals.


The Role

This is a hands-on new business role focused on outbound prospecting, booking appointments, and closing sales with small to medium businesses.

You’ll be supported with training, systems, and marketing — but success in this role comes down to your activity, attitude, and consistency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound calling and follow-up

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within small to medium businesses

  • Book and conduct sales appointments via phone, video, and face-to-face

  • Deliver engaging sales presentation

  • Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years sales experience (B2B or B2C)

  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation

  • Motivation to work in a target-driven environment

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners

  • Good organisation and time management

  • Understanding of how small businesses operate (preferred, not essential)
