We’re building a high-performing sales team and are looking for driven Business Development Managers who enjoy hunting for new business and closing deals.
The Role
This is a hands-on new business role focused on outbound prospecting, booking appointments, and closing sales with small to medium businesses.
You’ll be supported with training, systems, and marketing — but success in this role comes down to your activity, attitude, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through outbound calling and follow-up
Identify and engage decision-makers within small to medium businesses
Book and conduct sales appointments via phone, video, and face-to-face
Deliver engaging sales presentation
Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records
Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years sales experience (B2B or B2C)
Experience with cold calling and lead generation
Motivation to work in a target-driven environment
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
Good organisation and time management
Understanding of how small businesses operate (preferred, not essential)
