Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for a superstar Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. With an empathetic nature and natural relationship-building skills this role is key to ensuring our customers have a positive on-boarding experience.

You will provide training so retailers have an understanding of the benefits of Marsello and how they align to the brands goals to help them succeed.

Ideally we are looking for someone who:

  • Is process driven and able to manage and own the retailer on-boarding process from start to finish
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Has great problems solving skills and can assist in the creation of tools to onboard retailers effectively
  • Is confident in presenting and is able to train new retailers on how to use Marsello effectively
  • Can learn and in time know the Marsello product inside and out to ensure retailers are seeing value from Marsello
  • Is a team player who can work cross functionally across the business to liaise with the design team to set up retailers accounts for Premium Onboarding
  • Can optimise and automate any systems to ensure scalability of onboarding
  • Loves data and can effectively report on onboarding metrics to the wider team
  • Is able to create feedback loops to product and customer success to be able to provide customer enhancements to help guide the product roadmap

This role requires a strong team player who is used to working remotely and providing onboarding support through various channels.
