Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of BI Specialist, Data Analyst, Data Scientist and Data Engineer.
• Solve ambiguous challenges by executing sophisticated quantitative and advanced modeling to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with Business, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to provide high-impact insights and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelor’s degree in a data field (e.g. Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics or a related field of study).
• 6+ year of experience in business or operational data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to work with senior management and lead strategic cross-company projects.
• Experience in data science, with a demonstrable ability to learn and/or use tools such as SQL, and Python to work efficiently at scale.
• Experience with various interactive query engines (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift), and data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark, Hive), and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g. Airflow, Glue).
