Requirements

• At least 2 years of managerial position experience in a technology company
• Experience working in agile teams, familiarity with the mindset and terminology
• Previous hands-on experience working through the design, development, release cycles and delivering mobile applications to market
• Expertise in development practices such as Refactoring, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate development teams
• Strong leadership skills to drive topics and influence stakeholders
• Previous hands-on experience working with cloud technologies is a plus
• Expertise in development practices such as Refactoring, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile client development teams (Android, iOS and Flutter)
• Recruit, train, retain and make Martı a challenging and great place to work for the people
• Implement and coordinate code review, pair programming and clean coding processes
