Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following position;
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, In-App)
- Optimize user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive personalization
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization of CRM initiatives
Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Insider, Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights
- Experience in automation, personalization, and customer segmentation
- Background in digital businesses is a plus
