Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end campaign setup, launch, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Programmatic channels and other paid channels
- Manage campaign structure, naming conventions, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audiences, placements, and funnel tactics to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Growth Analytics to track CAC, LTV, install-to-activation rates, and ROAS
- Partner with CRM and Lifecycle to build full-funnel acquisition and re-engagement loops
- Monitor spend pacing, performance trends, and alert on anomalies in real time
- Stay ahead of platform updates, beta features, and algorithm shifts to keep us on the cutting edge
- Report campaign results and learnings to Growth leadership regularly
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (in-house or agency)
- Deep platform knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads, Programmatic Platforms
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels while improving efficiency
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC payback, etc.)
- Comfortable working with dashboards, cohort data, and event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, GA4)
- Familiar with SKAN, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and attribution complexities in post-IDFA world
- Bias for action — you move fast, own your channels, and deliver results
