Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Growth Analysts (SQL & Python experts)
• Drive the development of segmentation models, funnel analytics, and growth frameworks for passengers and drivers
• Oversee data warehouse design and implementation, ensuring scalable ETL processes
• Partner with Product, CRM, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights
• Establish data best practices, ensure accuracy, and improve reporting/BI tools
• Translate data findings into growth strategies and measurable business impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or growth analytics roles
• Strong command of SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in ETL/data pipelines
• Proven experience managing data teams and complex analytics projects
• Solid understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Background in mobility, marketplace, or consumer-tech is a strong plus
