Founded in 2018, Marti is Türkiye’s leading mobility app, offering multiple transportation services to its riders. Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the overall performance marketing and ASO strategy, integrating paid acquisition with app store optimization to maximize growth and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers; set goals, establish best practices, and ensure executional excellence.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, oversee spend allocation, and maximize ROI while balancing scale and efficiency.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, CRM, and Brand teams to design integrated full-funnel acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Drive experimentation frameworks across creatives, audiences, placements, funnel tactics, and ASO variables (titles, subtitles, keywords, creatives) to improve conversion, discoverability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead ASO efforts: keyword research, metadata optimization, A/B testing of app store assets, conversion rate optimization (CRO) for app pages, competitor & market analysis.
  • Monitor platform updates, algorithm shifts, app store policy changes, and new paid/organic channel innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Present performance and ASO results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive team and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing with proven success scaling paid channels globally.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Platforms, and emerging ad technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC payback, etc.).
  • Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), attribution models, and privacy-first measurement approaches (SKAN, post-IDFA).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at the executive level.
