Role Summary

Job Description: Manage work on Architecture design of ORAN 5G network. Work with vendors and create an IP plan for the 5G ORAN network. Understand new feature requirements from customers for 5G ORAN; discuss internally with solution team, development team, and testing teams for the delivery of those features. Manage and work closely with various platform vendors such as RedHat and Amazon Web Services for deployment of 5G/4G ORAN on top of their platforms. Prepare the MIMO test lab for testing. Lead and manage the Deployment of 5G/4G ORAN in customer labs and in production environment. Support operations team for customers for production grade 4G/5G ORAN network. Mitigate and support customer security audits and configuration audits. Work on Kubernetes based cloud environment for testing and developmental support for various 4G/5G ORAN production grade software. Support in troubleshooting of Kubernetes based ORAN products and platform products. Conduct training sessions and participate in the appraisal feedback process for team members.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and five (5) years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering or a Master’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and two (2) years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering. The experience that is required must have involved the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Kubernetes based cloud architecture.
• Caas/Paas/SaaS/FMaaS and other cloud-based services.
• Deployment of 4G/5G ORAN software, over various 3rd Party platform, such as Red HAT and AWS.
• ORAN and IP planning of entire ORAN architecture.
