1u1 MS Shift lead with domain knowhow across IMS, PACO and MDE with ability to handle Incident Mgmt and Customer facing communication. And to manage the L1 shift engineers and tasks.

Job Requirements

BE/BS

Good Fluent English communication

Linux, Kubernetes, Container knowhow.

Domain knowhow: IMS, PACO, BSS/OSS, Protocols, Callflows, SME knowhow.

SLA, Process, People Mgmt skills.
