Client Success Associate is a role that manages both supportive and primary tasks
and activities in the successful launch of client programs. This highly motivated and
detail-orientated individual is solution-oriented and highly focused on program
execution.
A successful CSA is a proven individual contributor able to determine an execution
path when confronted with ambiguity and unique circumstances. They are
responsible and accountable for the successful launch of all client contracts.
Client Success Associate is a key stakeholder in any escalations or troubleshooting
needs. They collaborate closely with various internal teams such as CSMs, Sales,
Clinical Solutions, Creative, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Network and Legal and
may be a point of contact for critical technical issues with Engineering, Product
Support and Data Architecture.
Role Responsibilities:
· Execute implementation tasks and activities for program launches
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation needed for efficient operations
· Manage and internally present timelines and status for assigned programs
· Provide “best in class” service
· Leverage internal business applications to track activities and status toward program launch
Serve as internal advocate for client goals and requirements, coordinating with multiple internal groups to identify and meet client needs within program framework
· Pull monthly client reporting, review for issues and deliver final versions to CSM
· Operate with a commitment to streamlining process, reducing friction and increasing quality
· Operate within the published Client Success Framework
· Provide clear & timely communications across modals
· Build strong stakeholder relationships and set appropriate expectations with said stakeholders, negotiate timelines and ensure all deadlines are achieved
· Operate with a strategic mindset for program launches
· Troubleshoot and resolve program issues, escalating appropriately as needed
· Participate and/or drive program troubleshooting efforts within the organization
· Participate in and contribute to internal strategic planning sessions when requested
· Contribute to special projects in collaboration with other departments when assigned
Participate in client meetings when requested
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- 2+ years pharma DTC advertising experience

- Skilled at understanding and working with data
