About the Role

This role will focus primarily on designing and implementing a clear strategic vision for all MedAdvisor’s U.S. products, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. The Sr. Director, Product will bring deep experience and understanding of the product development life cycle, product management and user centered design. This role requires a proven track record of shaping launching products that elevate the overall user experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and standard of the product, continuing to support MedAdvisor as an innovative market leader in the U.S. pharmacy, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

This role will sit within MedAdvisor’s global product and strategy organization. The Sr. Director will lead a team of product managers and work cross-functionally with other product leaders and members across the globe. The role requires have a strong focus on cross-functional dependencies, the ability to influence, and will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and UX/UI functions to achieve these results in the U.S. market.

About the team:

At MedAdvisor Solutions, the product management team is essential in driving product success from concept to launch. Led by the Sr. Director of Product, the team currently includes 2 product managers, who collaborate across program management, engineering, marketing, and operations. UX/UI roles are currently outsourced and/or supported on an ad-hoc basis through the AU UX/UI team. The product managers’ role is to understand U.S. customer needs, market trends, and business goals to create a strategic product roadmap. By focusing on innovation and user experience, the team ensures MedAdvisor Solutions’ products exceed customer expectations while maintaining the company's position as a leader in pharmacy-driven patient engagement.

Role Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement processes and plans to deliver the US Product vision and roadmap on a regularly cadence and predictable basis.

· Lead, coach, and support product managers in improving product management skills, with a focus on Agile methodology.

· Lead, coach and support other team members as expanded team needs arise (i.e., contracting and consulting needs).

· Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure quality and consistency across projects from inception to delivery.

· Utilize product management tools and frameworks to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

· Collaborate with UX/UI and Engineering to develop and enhance product features through research and design.

· Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching as the product team scales globally.

· Contribute to product pricing discussions and support go-to-market (GTM) planning.

· Build relationships and influence stakeholders to gain support for product strategy, vision and user experience.

· Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitors to inform product pricing and positioning strategies.

· Leverage customer data and insights to identify opportunities and refine product features.

· Represent MedAdvisor in industry partnerships and support ad-hoc needs for key customer accounts, as needed.

· Identify and address internal inefficiencies to optimize performance.

· Drive continuous improvement across product management, policies, and services.

Qualifications & Experience

· 10+ years’ experience in a similar or related field

· Extensive product management experience in product leadership, ideally with experience in technological organizations championing Agile methodologies.

· Experience working in pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical industry

· Demonstrated experience building, establishing, and championing product best practices.

· Demonstrated application of product systems and processes in scaled operations.

· Demonstrated experience in developing and managing product roadmaps in line with strategic visions.

· Experience in coaching and mentoring cross-functional and Product teams on product management best practices, and product management skills.

· Demonstrated ability to analyze data, market trends, competitor strategies, and apply customer insights to identifying opportunities, and prioritizing
product features and improvements.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation to manage and lead cross-functional teams.

· Strong knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to influence and operate at an executive level.

· Familiarity Artificial Intelligence technologies
