Role Description The Business Development Manager (SaaS Product) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth of Nomos One’s lease management and accounting software across target markets. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and developing strategic plans to expand product adoption. The Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners. The role includes collaborating closely with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align product features with market needs, refine value propositions, and support successful onboarding. Day-to-day activities include pipeline management, forecasting, preparing proposals, participating in virtual client meetings, and representing Nomos One in industry discussions and events.
Qualifications
  • Strong Market Analysis and Business Planning skills to identify opportunities, size markets, and create data-informed growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including managing a pipeline, negotiating contracts, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with Product Management principles, working with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and feature priorities.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, ideally in finance, accounting, or property/asset management domains.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data-driven decision-making is highly beneficial.
