Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compensation Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's global compensation programs. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Global Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to benchmark our compensation packages against industry standards, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Job Evaluation: Lead the job evaluation process to determine appropriate salary grades and ensure internal equity across various roles within the organization.
- Salary Surveys: Stay abreast of industry salary surveys, evaluate relevant data, and use findings to make informed recommendations on salary structures.
- Equity & Stock Based Compensation: Partner with the Stock Administration team to assist in the management of the Company’s Share Incentive Plans.
- Compensation Committee & Executive Compensation: Work with senior leadership in preparing reports and presentations for the Company’s Compensation Committee regarding our short-term and long-term incentive plans, program effectiveness and ad-hoc analysis. Manage the annual CEO Pay Ratio process.
- Incentive Programs: Design, implement, and manage variable pay programs, such as bonuses and incentive plans, to motivate and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation, conducting regular audits to mitigate risks.
- Communication and Training: Effectively communicate compensation programs to employees and provide training to HR and management teams on related policies and practices.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, finance, and senior leadership to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in compensation and proactively recommend adjustments to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on market pricing, structure and compensation administration.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing compensation projects and implementing successful programs.

Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $125,000 - $145,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
