Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Global Payroll Administrator to join our Global Payroll team. In this role, you will support the accurate and timely processing of multi-country payrolls across multiple international locations, maintain employee payroll data, perform payroll validations and reconciliations, and help ensure compliance with country-specific requirements. You will partner closely with external payroll vendors and internal teams to support efficient, compliant, and employee-focused payroll delivery for employees around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Administer and process multi-country payrolls accurately and on schedule, ensuring payroll inputs, calculations, and outputs are complete and validated
- Collect, review, calculate, and input employee payroll data, including compensation changes, benefits, deductions, terminations, and other payroll-related transactions
- Assist with pre-payroll and post-payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance reviews to help identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization
- Partner with external payroll vendors to coordinate payroll processing, resolve open items, and stay informed of local regulatory or statutory changes
- Review payroll transactions for compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies
- Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports, including earnings summaries, tax withholdings, funding files, general ledger support, and other payroll-related data
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Maintain payroll procedures, process documentation, and control evidence to support compliance readiness, audits, and continuous improvement
- Support payroll-related projects, system enhancements, vendor transitions, and process improvement initiatives as needed
- Uphold the integrity of global payroll operations by following established controls, protecting sensitive employee data, and escalating risks or issues appropriately
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably including global or multi-country payroll operations
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient computer skills, including payroll systems, data entry, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and global partners
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative team player with sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll data
- Proficient in conversational English
- Experience working with ADP Celergo or similar global payroll platforms is preferred
