Key Responsibilities
• Support assigned technology/product quality issue resolution, work with internal functional team for analysis to have timely response to customer and assist for processing daily customer complaints when needed.
• Champion production gauge calibration coordination and calibration supplier performance monitoring
• Lead in Supplier Audit activities such as establish the Supplier Annual Audit Plan, facilitate its execution and communicate the outcome and decision of the audit.
• Implement Key Dimension monitoring on Critical Performance Parameters parts at Supplier and PerkinElmer's Incoming Inspection.
• Support assigned technology/product incoming material/supplier quality issue resolution, e.g., NPR/MRB disposition, RTV RMA request to supplier, close F2, etc.
• Support FAI review activities of assigned technology/product.
• Responsible for data collection and assist in report compilation and participate in quality review meetings when needed.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive quality improvement activities.
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders, customers on customer quality enquiry when needed, monitoring of product quality, and identifying appropriate actions as necessary.
• Facilitate Failure Analysis, Product Evaluation and drive the Field Quality Improvement.
• Manage process and product change control when needed
• Support internal and external audit, e.g., QMS audit, product/process audit. Formalize audit report and follow up on actions completion when needed
• Maintain product quality related procedures/document. Enforce quality system compliance, e.g., ISO9001
• Support global quality system process integration, harmonization, and simplification. Support Quality manager to manage local implementation, impact assessment and changes.
• Other supporting activities based on assignment by senior engineers and reporting manager

Academic Qualifications:
• Minimum diploma holder in Engineering / Science disciplines
Work Experience:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality role, preferably medical device industry
• Experience in quality tools as, Six Sigma, SPC, DoE, capability studies, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Experienced in Quality management in a design and manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in Supplier Management, product, and customer Quality
Knowledge of computer software like SAP, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Ability to prioritize his and his team’s work
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment, proactive is critical for success
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels and developing strong collaboration with all levels of management.
• Strong knowledge in ISO9001
