• Main Responsibilities:

• Treasury

Vendor payment on daily/weekly and fortnightly basis. Issuance of Bank Guarantee/Performance bank guarantee and EMD on timely basis with 100% accuracy. Handling of LC documents. Weekly Concur payment/Employee reimbursement payment. Custom duty payment on daily basis. Intercompany /ECB loan payment on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Cash flow forecasting & weekly Cash flow preparation and uploading of the same on the portal. Bank reconciliation on a weekly basis to ensure that there is no open item. Circulation of daily bank statement to the management and Credit Collection team. Interaction with banker on day- today query/support or escalation. Preparation of Audit schedules related to Treasury and Accounts function. EMD & BG outstanding follow up with the regional collection team.

Accounts

Responsible for daily accounting of cash collection from Pan India towards Account receivable. Accounting of Vendor Payment/Custom duty payment and concur payment.

MIS

Preparation and circulation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Collection Report. Preparation of Account Receivable Report on Fortnightly and monthly basis. Circulation of Open DCD (Document Credit Decision) list to the credit collection team on daily without fail. Preparation & Finalization of Bank Reconciliation statement on a weekly/fortnightly and monthly basis. Preparation of Customer advances listing on a weekly/monthly basis and circulation to credit collection team including Customer operation team.

Education / Work Experience:

Commerce Graduate/CA Inter with minimum 5-6 years of Work Experience.

Special requirements\Skills\Attributes:

Mandatory SAP knowledge Eye for detail. Excellent MS Excel Skill
