Responsibilities
Location Rodgau, HesseDE Job ID REQ-051767- Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort hinsichtlich der Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung der Analysegeräte im Bereich der Chromatographie (GC, GCMS, Headspace, LC, LCMS)
- Beratung des Kunden im Hinblick auf Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen sowie Prozess-optimierungen
- Dokumentation der Kundendiensteinsätze und Störungsbilder in den entsprechenden Systemen
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung unseres Service Teams außerhalb des eingesetzten Einsatzgebiets innerhalb der DACH Region
