Responsibilities
Location Bangkok, BangkokTH Job ID REQ-053205Job Description :
Perform machine installation setup, training, and machine commissioning on new machine.
Provide after sales service supports to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with the service admin to prepare quotation, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report.
Ensure all service is completed within standard procedure.
To support After Market team in delivering sales contract and consumable target.
To trained junior employees and provide support when necessary.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Academic Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Work Experience & Requirement:
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in repair, maintenance, and installation of analytical instruments.
Preferably experience in related product and able to perform basic application needs.
Able to trouble shoot above intermediate technical issues.
Good interpersonal & communication skills in both verbal and written in English.
Have own transport and willing to travel domestic and overseas.
Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical, and good problem-solving skill in technical.
Good negotiation skills and high commitment to customerAbility to drive & execute task to meet customer requirement schedules.
Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
