Responsibilities

• Coordination of the purchase orders (POs) lifecycle from creation to final delivery to the customer, involving collaboration with various departments such as OTR, Customer Service, Logistics, and Importation
• Generate sales reports and performance analyses for the sales team and management.
• Assist commercial team in the sales process by providing information on products and local stock availability.
• Provide training on the SFDC platform for sales team and distributors.
• Responsible for providing information on the status of sales inventory and discussing improvement and action plans with the manager.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related.

Preferred Characteristics

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel and PowerBI.
• Intermediate/Advanced English.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
