Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-053316We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the generation, analysis, and distribution of financial reports that provide critical insights into our AR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of regular Accounts Receivable reports, including aging reports, forecasts, cash collections, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and other key performance metrics.
- Create comprehensive ad-hoc reports to support various business functions and management requests.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of dashboards, visualizations, and data sources.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to financial reporting to enhance efficiency, analytical capability, and insight, while identifying opportunities to standardize reporting and analytics.
- Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Science or a related field.
- Very good level of English – at least CEFR B2 level.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting with a focus on AR.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) – will be an asset
- Extensive experience with SAP system.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
