Job Description:

• Daily processing of customer payments and AR entries
• Investigation of all payment discrepancies, including short pays, overpays, unknown payments and misapplied payments
• Open and sort through daily accounts receivables mail and distribute accordingly as needed,
• Verify credit memos and obtain the approval per signature authority
• Assist in Accounts Receivable end of month processes
• Update and maintain dispute reason codes in the system
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2 years’ experience in AR, Billing or Credit & Collection fields (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
• High degree of proficiency with Excel(i.e., vlookup, pivot table functions), Power Point
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
• Must be professional and ethical with high integrity
• Sense of urgency and an absolute commitment in achieving goals
• Be sensible and knowledge on managing various kinds of customers
• Open-minded, enthusiastic, possessing a can-do attitude and flexible. Able to work under pressure and drive for changes
