Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative environment to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively address issues as they arise, keeping the project on track and within scope.
Budget Management
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and make recommendations for cost optimization.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for project sponsors and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Business, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the scientific or technology industry.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take ownership of projects, performing job requirements with minimal oversight and attention to detail.
- Exhibits an assertive personality with a strong bias for action with a results-orientation; tackles tough problems with firm deadlines.
- Previous experience managing new product introductions, and products involving both hardware and software components.
