Responsibilities

Location Singapore, SG Job ID REQ-052948
  • Responsible for product line quality and efficiency so as to achieve production KPIs. Introduce productivity improvement through Lean processes, automation, preventive maintenance and better tools/ jigs/ fixtures design. Managing engineering projects such as Digitalization, Automation, Localization, Cost Saving and NPI. To support Industry 4.0 digitalization of the entire production lines in Singapore Site.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product line yield and quality

  • Support/lead CI and Lean initiatives

  • Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and Iso45001 audits

  • Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations

  • Incorporate ECs in production and ensure its full implementation

  • Create, update WIs and train production technicians

  • Support mass production of Product transfer and NPI

  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible engineering records as well as maintain accurate BOMs, routings, work instructions and ISO documents

Basic Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Science disciplines.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering /science disciplines will be an advantage

At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production engineering

Experience in Industry 4.0, Lean and Six Sigma

Preferred Characteristics

Lean 6 sigma and Industry 4.0 experience

Knowledge in analytical instruments will be an advantage

Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001and 45001

Experience in developing Work Instructions, BOM structure and routing hour etc

Good communication skills both verbal and written
