Responsibilities

• To Support After Market Leader to achieved sales margin plan based on company’s annual sales operating plan and collaborate with consumable leader and service team to grow sales volume and market share.
• Responsible for selling consumable products via telephone, email, or electronic means to customers in assigned territory.
• Generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualify and follow up with sales leads.
• Support on developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations.
• Collaborate with Consumable Sales Leader and Service Team to build customers relationships, drive sales and promoting consumable products to maximize revenue.
• Identify instrument sales opportunities and or service contract opportunities and pass them on to our sales and service teams for follow up.
• Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, generating quotations, invoices and communicating expected delivery date.
• Maintain customer contact information on SAP and SFDC (CRM).
• Deal with occasional customs clearance issues and permit applications as needed.
• Answer customers technical questions and trouble shoot application issues that might arise.
