  • Responsible in leading Sales and specialist team and deliver sales revenue growth for Inorganic product.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and sales support.
  • Develop strategic marketing plan and drive Inorganic business growth in Malaysia and collaborate with Service team in supporting and meet customers’ requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for key accounts, tenders and strategic deals. Manage and respond to customer opportunities, issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and value proposition and the ability to effectively articulate these internally and to prospects and customers.
  • Collect market information/data (competition, pricing, new products, technologies, trends, etc.) and sales improvement initiatives.
  • Lead sales presentations to customers; Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis, research of customer requirements and basic support on application.
  • Ensure all sales activity and lead should be entered in Salesforce.com and the sales conforming to the due course (enter, update, closing) can be recognized as the official results.in Utilize contact database and other resources to obtain contact information, new accounts and other sales opportunities.
  • Execute the performance management process, which includes objective setting, development planning and quarterly/annual performance reviews; Conduct individual and team meetings on a regular basis. Monitor employee performance improvement issues and provide appropriate coaching and counselling.
  • Collaborate with Service team in supporting and meet customers’ requirements.
