Responsibilities

Constantly monitor employees’ training execution towards established curricula.
Keeps Customer’s systems of record updated for EHS-related processes (training, Vendor vetting)
Actively support Customer harmonization efforts, including but not limited to harmonize SOPs across all site Labs whenever reasonable.
Equipment Concierge
First point of contact for repairs and other unplanned services, including coordinating eventual Lab Computing support.
Performs calibrations on equipment that do not requires an advanced CSE certification.
Manages shipping out and reception of devices for external services (calibration, maintenance, repair)
EHS Management / Vendor Management
Contact person of the Provider team for EHS-relevant topics related to the services as defined in Exhibit A-2 to the Master Agreement, including personal protective equipment, chemical safety, occupational safety, compliance with EHS-relevant regulations.
Performs activities in the Provider team connected to ESP vendor management, including vendor qualification, vendor assessment, confirm vendor compliance to applicable regulation as part of vendor qualification process, and documentation.
Delivers hyper-care and/or work inspections as appropriate, in line with Customer expectations and regulations. This might include ESP escorting service within Customer premises.
Work Instructions
Works according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), internal company policies (site policies / Firmenweisungen), and applicable written Customer’s and binding legal guidelines, provided to Provider in advance.
Trains Provider personnel on relevant policies and guidelines in a timely, complete, and successful manner and documents the training.
Environment, Health, and Safety
Works according to applicable internal company EHS instructions provided to Provider in advance and statutory environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Trains Provider personnel on applicable internal company EHS instructions and regulations in a timely, complete, and successful manner and documents the training.
Collaborate with Customer EHS team by performing monthly walk-though audits.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences, HR, EHS or Quality/Compliance discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of three (3) year of relevant experience in a (Bio-)Pharma or other highly regulated industry.
Preferred Characteristics
Developed Customer service mindset.
Be passionate in attention to detail and tech aspects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (required) and English (strongly preferred). Any additional language would be a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member, within prescribed guidelines, coping with frequent grey areas / uncertainty.
Previous experience working with learning platforms (e.g. SAM Secova) would be a plus.
