PerkinElmer is looking for a Global Travel Senior Specialist who will be responsible for resolving travel & expenses issues and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of daily TE activities.

Hybrid working model 3 days in the office/2 days from home.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor travel and expense activities by managing the approval workflow within SAP Concur, ensuring claims are routed to the appropriate approvers and tracking approval progress

  • Generate reports from SAP Concur to analyze expense trends, identify areas of cost-saving, provide insights and recommendations to optimize T&E processes to management

  • Enforce travel policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and cost efficiency

  • Collaborate with other teams to reconcile travel expenses and ensure accurate financial records

  • Address employee escalated inquiries and assist in resolving expense-related issues

  • Provide training and guidance to employees on travel and expense policies and procedures

  • Support onboarding/offboarding requirements for employees (credit card applications, onboarding documents, manage access and reporting needs)

  • Manage the company employee credit card application process, monitoring and maintaining country credit card limits

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English - at least CEFR C1 level

  • 3 years of experience in T&E accounting using SAP Concur

  • Computer Skills: Excel, Concur, Workday, on-line banking

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in travel and expense management, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Must be professional and ethical with high integrity

  • Sense of urgency and an absolute commitment in achieving goals

  • Process driven and well-organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests

  • Attention to details and accuracy

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to adapt to changing travel regulations and technologies.
