Responsibilities

• Company VIP/government officer/Key customer visit reception and preparation
• Daily janitorial service management with 3rd contractors including performance rating and improvement action.
• Company dormitory management from facility management perspective (electricity, water, AC, safety…)
• Shuttle bus/canteen (food delivery) service daily management
• Utilities billing documentation collection and claim with landlord and finance team
• Co-work with FM contractors on facility/equipment maintenance case including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of the HVAC air conditioning system, electricity, process cooling water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, etc.
• Co-work with FM contractors on spare parts purchasing and replacement
• Co-work with general contractors on the facility maintenance issue follow-up
• Device performance monitoring and providing optimization suggestions.
• Other tasks that manager assigned
