Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-055159We are looking for Associate Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Krakow.
This is a late shift role (starting between 3 pm to 5 pm), working in the hybrid model (3 days in the office).
Role description:
Reviews, analyzes and processes incoming purchase requisitions
Coordinates purchasing activities in a cost effective and timely manner
Requests quotes from suppliers for a purchase of specific services
Responsible for purchasing and procurement data input and integrity
Performs cost analysis and volume planning for external services
Monitors the cost and scope of suppliers to negotiate highest quality at best value
Develops new service sources where existing suppliers are no longer competitive
May recommend other cost savings and avoidance proposals
Requirements:
B.A/B.S. Degree preferred
First experiences in purchasing, order entry, customer service in a team-based environment
Fluent English (at least B2 level)
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Organization and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
