Responsibilities

• Daily processing of customer payments and AR entries
• Investigation of all payment discrepancies, including short pays, overpays, unknown payments and misapplied payments
• Open and sort through daily accounts receivables mail and distribute accordingly as needed,
• Verify credit memos and obtain the approval per signature authority
• Assist in Accounts Receivable end of month processes
• Update and maintain dispute reason codes in the system
