Responsibilities
Location Santiago, CL Job ID REQ-055902Responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the SFDC system.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
