Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-056516We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and people-focused HR professional to support the centralized HR operations of our Polish entity. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering consistent, high‑quality human resources services within a shared services environment.
Role is based in Kraków.
Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3 days office)
It's a fixed-term contract (24 months)
Responsibilities:
HR support for employees and managers, assisting with employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR-related inquiries.
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR system (Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Supporting the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with polish labor laws and company policies, providing support to employees and managers on legal and procedural matters.
Supporting the management of employee benefits programs and collaborating with external providers to ensure timely and accurate administration.
Assisting in preparing HR reports and metrics, such as employee turnover, training programs, etc.
Assisting in organizing and coordinating HR events, including employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
Supporting internal and external audits related to HR processes and employee records.
Basic qualifications
Minimum 1 year of general HR experience, including employee relations and HR administration.
Intermediate English skills, with a focus on written communication.
Good understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience working with SharePoint as a document management and collaboration tool.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to HR inquiries.
Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
Preferred Characteristics:
Experience working in an international HR environment or a global organization.
Experience in HR projects or process improvement initiatives.
