PerkinElmer is seeking a results-driven and strategic market leader for the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics sectors, with a specific focus on Chromatography, Inorganic, and Material Science technologies. This pivotal role is accountable for the P&L for the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics market and driving revenue and gross profit for instruments, software, consumables, and services. They will drive financial performance by developing and executing impactful commercial, marketing and product development strategies that deliver profitable growth and market share gain.

Strategic Planning & Execution
•Develop and execute comprehensive global strategies tailored to key applications in Semiconductor and Optoelectronics sectors.
•Translate market insights into actionable plans that drive pipeline, win rate, and revenue growth.
•Partner with product management and R&D to define compelling solutions, value propositions and messaging.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
•Conduct voice-of-customer (VOC) studies and market segmentation analyses.
•Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to inform strategy.
•Translate data into business recommendations that influence roadmap and go-to-market execution.
Financial & Business Performance Management
•Manage segment-level business performance (P&L) across instrument, software, and consumables portfolios.
•Track pricing performance and margin contribution; support pricing strategies that align with customer value and market conditions.
Go-To-Market Enablement
•Lead the development of sales enablement tools, quantified value props, and training content to drive funnel acceleration.
•Collaborate closely with sales and commercial operations to align marketing campaigns to regional growth targets.
•Provide competitive analysis, win/loss feedback, and market share insights to drive sales strategy.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
•Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, awareness-building, and lead generation initiatives.
•Align messaging and content development across inbound and outbound channels.
•Ensure campaign performance is tracked and optimized to achieve KPIs.
Digital Marketing
•Oversee digital presence and programs across website, social, email, and digital advertising.
•Leverage analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
•Maintain brand consistency and thought leadership positioning in digital channels.
Customer Engagement & Market Activation
•Develop high-impact customer programs including webinars, workshops, and conference engagements.
•Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, industry bodies, and customer champions.
•Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.

Basic requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Chemical, or related field required.
•7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in scientific instrumentation.
•Broad global experience in the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics
•Ability to travel, as necessary (up to 40%)
•Bias for action and hands-on
• Proven track record in developing global marketing strategies and managing product launches.
• Experience in related analytical markets highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and digital tools.
