Responsibilities

In a very high summary, the responsibilities will be:

revise and issue quotes to guarantee the best instrument configuration to fitting to the customer needs
virtual and F2F meetings along Sales Reps and Dealers during a customer negotiation
presenting workshops and webinars in scientific meetings or road shows
offer chromatography classes and/or hands of training Sales and Service Teams
offer onsite operational training after installations
Support customers to implement analytical methods
Develop applications notes following the market needs, new regulation, etc
Support market team for technical notes, brochures, etc
Performs demonstration in the customer side or demo lab
Support customer on last minute customers calls for fixing troubleshooting
Keep close to the BU and up to date Sales Team when NPIs on instrument upgrade
Support on product launching
