Responsibilities
Location Beijing, Beijing CN Job ID REQ-056930工作职责:
- 负责华北地区(北京、天津、山东及东北省份)半导体行业客户的开发、维护与深度关系拓展;
- 深入理解客户在先进制程、材料分析、失效分析等领域的核心需求,提供定制化的仪器解决方案及技术演示;
- 执行区域销售策略,完成年度销售指标,系统管理从线索挖掘到项目落地的全流程;
- 收集半导体行业政策动态、竞争格局及客户反馈,为产品与市场策略优化提供依据;
- 代表公司参加行业会议、技术论坛及客户研讨会,提升在华北半导体生态圈的品牌影响力;
- 协同内部应用支持、售后及产品团队,确保项目顺利实施与客户长期满意度。
岗位要求:
- 微电子、材料科学、物理、化工或相关专业本科及以上学历(优先);
- 3年以上分析仪器、半导体设备或相关领域销售经验,拥有华北半导体行业客户资源者优先;
- 熟悉半导体产业链(设计、制造、封测、材料)及典型分析应用场景;
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、客户关系管理能力及跨团队协作意识;
- 适应频繁出差,具备较强的抗压能力与目标驱动力;
- 英文水平良好者优先,能够阅读技术资料并进行国际客户沟通。
- 熟悉ICPMS、分子光谱、色谱、热分析等产品者优先;
- 了解半导体制造及各类半导体材料者优先。
