Responsibilities

Location Shanghai, Shanghai CN Job ID REQ-057156

Manage assigned distributors: set targets, track performance, conduct business reviews and

ensure sales goals achievement.

· Develop and optimize distributor network; onboard, train and certify channel partners.

· Control pricing, discount policy and resolve channel conflicts.

· Execute channel sales plans and promotions to improve sell‑in and sell‑out.

· Support distributors on key projects and customer development.

· Collect market & competitor intelligence; maintain CRM data and sales reports.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree; Life Sciences, Chemistry or Business preferred.

· 5+ years sales experience in analytical instruments/consumables with distributor management

background.

· Good knowledge of lab consumables and Greater China channel landscape.

· Proficient in English, MS Office and CRM (Salesforce/SAP).

· Strong execution, communication and problem‑solving skills
